Hey there everybody... ehem... everypony... apologies I don't normally critic pony related content. I'm not usually a fan of three dimensional deviations, unless they have an absurd amount of detail. That being said I really enjoy this deviation. Perhaps it's the soft spot I feel for changelings. We rarely get to see them in 3D format, and when we do it's usually nothing more then a character model. There are a few small issues here, but nothing damning.
There appears to be a few clipping problems on some of the changelings fangs, and if you look closely the lighting appears to be different for the background changelings then for the mane 6. Aside from these relatively minor lighting issues, this is a fairly well done Deviation.
If one would like to improve this deviation I would work on the background. The sky could use a tad more detail, a moon or clouds would vastly improve the feel of this piece. I would also tweak the lighting for the flying changelings, the light source appears to be coming from above and in front, as apposed to the main six's lighting which appears to come from a spotlight like source in front below and slightly of center. I would recommend this style lighting for the aerial changelings.
My final recommendation concerns the mane six. I think the characters are superb, but it took me a bit to distinguish RainbowDash, Pinkie, and Fluttershy. Once I figured it out it made sense, but it took me longer then it probably should have. That being said it would be a quick fix. Adding a bit of color to Dashies mane, and increasing the color saturation on Pinkie's mane would solve that problem quickly and easily.
In the end I am forced to see this deviation for what it is. An awesome family portrait of everypony's favorite evil counterparts (plus one hungry army of changelings). I give this Deviation a 6.5 stars of 10 (slightly above average). With a few minor changes to the background/lighting this could easily be bumped up to a 7 or 8. In any case I found this to be an enjoyable deviation. Keep up the good work InvertedShadow! I hope my input has been helpful (\
